In this talk Constantine will examine the state of e-Сommerce & Product Design in 2020 — the good, the bad and everything in between. He will analyse the critical role UX and every designer personally play in shaping customer experience of today and tomorrow. And will share a practical guide, tactics and strategy on how and why we can use both incredible opportunities and impossible challenges to fight the dark side of commerce and drive innovation on a day-to-day basis.

Constantine is a UX leader with more than 15 years of experience dedicated to Product and Service design that turns heads and delivers impactful business results, despite the impact of ever changing human behaviour, technological and economic pressures that every modern business is facing.

Ex-Wargaming UX Director that over the course of 4 years has built a truly international in-house design team of 45, spread across 5 locations. The last decade he has spent in the ecommerce & omni-shopping field working with some of the biggest apparel brands, including TommyHilfiger, Calvin Klein and Danish Fast-fashion powerhouse BESTSELLER, a company that has a portfolio of 19 brands (Jack&Jones, Vero Moda, ONLY, VILA and many more).

Recently he joined Intersport to head User Experience and help growing their 12Bln business capitalizing on digital channels and an intersection with almost 6 thousand physical locations present in every corner of the world.

Constantine is passionate about user experience and interested in mindful technology and emerging trends as a framework for recognizing and uncovering innovation opportunities and driving the change within our industry on a day-to-day basis. He believes that as designers and product leaders we have a privilege and hold responsibility for shaping the future of our brands and more importantly our customers. therefore it’s our moral obligation to design with meaningful, long lasting relationships in mind, that bring value to the users instead of focusing on instant gratification.
